This policy describes how FHAbuying.com collects, uses, and discloses information you voluntarily provide through the buyer questionnaire and other interactions with the site.
1. Information we collect
We collect the information you submit, including your name, phone number, email address, desired buying area, planned purchase timeline, broad income and credit ranges, employment history, financial-preparedness answers, professional-contact preferences, and optional comments. We also keep a submission date and record identifier. Our hosting provider may maintain standard technical and security logs.
Please do not provide Social Security numbers, bank or credit-card account numbers, passwords, full credit reports, or identification documents through this initial form.
2. How we use your information
- Review your stated homebuying goals and service requests.
- Communicate with you about your submission.
- Respond through the site operator or connect you with a licensed real estate agent and/or independent mortgage loan officer of the type you selected.
- Provide DIY credit-education or rental-resource information if you separately request either.
- Provide optional marketing emails only when you separately opt in.
- Maintain records, prevent spam, troubleshoot delivery and protect the website.
3. When information is shared
When you ask to be contacted, the site operator may review your questionnaire and we may provide details to participating real estate agents, real estate brokerages, or mortgage lending professionals corresponding to the type(s) you selected, so they can respond to your inquiry. Those independent parties may use your information in accordance with their own privacy notices and legal obligations.
We use hosting and email-service providers to operate this site. We may also disclose information as required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a lawful business transaction.
FHAbuying.com may have marketing or referral business relationships with third parties. Such arrangements are subject to applicable law; you are not required to use any referred professional. A mortgage professional must not make credit-education purchases or unrelated rental services a condition of loan consideration.
4. Separate optional resources
Our link to YouNeedCreditRepair.com is optional and that site has separate terms and privacy practices. You may also separately request information about rental options from this site. Neither optional choice is required to request contact from a real estate or mortgage professional or to be considered for financing. Your full questionnaire is not automatically submitted to any linked website. If you select rental resources, the website operator may review that request and contact you with relevant rental information.
5. Contact and messaging choices
By submitting a request for professional contact, you authorize the site and the categories of professionals you selected to respond to your specific inquiry by telephone, email, or text. Message and data rates may apply. This is separate from the optional email marketing box. You may ask us or the contacting professional to stop further communications at any time; you can unsubscribe from promotional emails through their unsubscribe link.
6. Retention and security
Questionnaire records are delivered to our lead inbox and, when hosting permissions permit, saved in a restricted server folder outside the public website directory. We retain them as reasonably needed to respond to requests, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. No transmission or storage system is perfectly secure.
7. Cookies and tracking
Our basic site does not require advertising cookies to submit its questionnaire. The hosting provider may use security and operational technologies. If analytics, pixels, retargeting cookies, or advertising-related sharing are added in the future, we will update this notice and provide legally required choices.
8. Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable law permits.
